摘要
目的：探讨人性化护理在白内障患者护理工作中的应用效果，以供临床参考。方法：我院2012至2013年每年接受光明行白内障患者复明手术，为了提高我院护理工作满意度，对实施人性化护理前后各300例作比较。结果：实施人性化护理后，患者焦虑状态明显减轻，对护士的服务态度、健康教育、护理操作、心理护理的满意度有显著提高。结论：将人性化护理应用于白内障患者复明护理中取得较好的效果，有助于提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing care in cataract patients for clinical reference. Methods: From 2012 to 2013 annual y for a bright sight restoring cataract patients, hospital care in order to improve job satisfaction, the implementation of humane care before and after the 300 cases for comparison .Results: After the implementation of humane care, patient anxiety significantly reduced, the attitude of the nurses, health education, care operations, psychological care satisfaction has improved significantly .Conclusion: The humane nursing care used in cataract patients achieved good results in help improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
