目的：研究凤尾草总黄酮对宫颈癌小鼠的抑瘤作用及对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法：在体外利用M T T法检测凤尾草总黄酮对U14细胞增殖的影响，建立U14宫颈癌腹水瘤小鼠的模型，考察凤尾草总黄酮对肿瘤的抑制作用和对小鼠存活时间的影响，利用试剂盒测定荷瘤小鼠血清中的I L-4和IFN-γ的水平。结果：凤尾草总黄酮在体外和体内均有显著的抑瘤作用，抑制宫颈癌U14细胞的生长，提高荷瘤小鼠血清IFN-γ和降低IL-4的水平。结论：凤尾草总黄酮能够抑制U14细胞的生长，其抗肿瘤作用可能是通过提高机体免疫功能，发挥抗肿瘤的作用。
Objectives: The objective of this paper was to investigate the effects of extracting total flavonoids from pteris multifida on the antitumor action and immune function in a sample of tumor bearing mice.Methods: The MTT methods were used to investigate the impact of extracting total flavonoids from pteris multifida on U14 cellproliferation, antitumor action and immune function in a sample of U14A tumor bearing mice, the ELISA Kit was used to test the level of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ.Results: The extracting total flavonoids from pteris multifida has been proved to have great effects on the reduction U14 cellproliferation, increasing the level of serum IFN-γ and decreasing the level of serum IL-4.Conclusions: The extracting total flavonoids from pteris multifida can compress U14 cellproliferation, probably the antitumor effects were as a result of enhancing the system immune function.
