摘要
目的：探讨以小切口手术方法治疗肘管综合症的疗效结果，并结合传统手术方式治疗肘管综合症的疗效结果进行分析。方法：对50名肘管综合症患者分别分组采用小切口术式和传统术式进行治疗。使用尺神经功能评定标准对病例合理分类，通过对在院天数，手术耗时，术后疗效，术后并发症等几方面进行对比，讨论小切口手术方式治疗肘管综合症的手术指征及治疗效果。结果：小切口手术治疗方式与传统手术治疗方式的治疗效果无明显差异，但在手术耗时，住院天数，术后并发症方面，小切口手术方式明显优于传统手术方式。结论：以小切口手术方式治疗肘管综合症应该严格把握手术指征，该手术方式具有创口小，手术耗时短，术后创面恢复快，术后并发症较少等优点。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of smal incision method of treatment of cubital tunnelsyndrome, combined with traditional treatment methods for analysis.Methods:50 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome were grouped using a smal surgical incision and traditional surgical treatment. Ulnar nerve function assessment using standard classification, time from surgery, comparing the average length of stay, postoperative complications, postoperative effects and other aspects. Results: The surgical treatment effect was no significant difference, but in the operation time, average length of stay, postoperative complications, smal incisions than traditional operation. Conclusion: Under strict surgical indications grasping, the premise of a smal incision has a smal wound, short time, quick recovery, fewer complications and so on.
