Objective: To investigate the evidence-based nursing in the lower spine injury with paraplegia complication of application effect. Methods: from 2013 August to 2014 spinal injury admitted in our hospital in February 78 merger cases paraplegia patients, the 78 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 39 cases in each group, were named as the study group and the control group, patients in study group received evidence-based nursing, the control group were given routine nursing care, compared 2 groups of patients with nursing effect. Results: the study group the incidence of complications was 2.6%, patients in the control group the incidence of complications was 13%. Conclusion: evidence based nursing can reduce the complication of patients with paraplegia of spinal injury incidence rate effectively, which is worthy of clinical nursing method.
