实证护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为及负性自我概念的影响

目的：观察实证护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为及负性自我概念的影响。方法将132例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组62例和对照组70例。对照组进行一般护理干预，观察组采用常规护理和循证护理干预，比较2组患者医嘱依从性及负性自我概念的差异。结果与对照组相比，观察组患者的医嘱依从性明显提高，负性自我概念明显减轻。结论常规护理干预加循证护理干预可以减轻老年慢性心力衰竭患者的负性情绪，提高其医嘱依从性。
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing care on medication compliance and negative self-concept of elderly chronic heart failure patients. Methods 138 cases of elderly people with chronic heart failure were divided into the control group(70 cases) and the observation group(68 cases). The control group was treated with cardiology common nursing, the observation group received evidence-based nursing care and cardiology common nursing. Medication compliance and negative self-concept were compared. Results Compared. with the control group, the negative self-concept aleviated and The medication compliance improved of the observation group. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing care can improve the medication compliance and the negative self-concept of elderly chronic heart failure patients.
