Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing care on medication compliance and negative self-concept of elderly chronic heart failure patients. Methods 138 cases of elderly people with chronic heart failure were divided into the control group(70 cases) and the observation group(68 cases). The control group was treated with cardiology common nursing, the observation group received evidence-based nursing care and cardiology common nursing. Medication compliance and negative self-concept were compared. Results Compared. with the control group, the negative self-concept aleviated and The medication compliance improved of the observation group. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing care can improve the medication compliance and the negative self-concept of elderly chronic heart failure patients.
