益胃颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

摘要
目的：观察益胃颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：100例慢性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，随机分为2组，治疗组52例，对照组48例。对照组采用多潘立酮片治疗，治疗组采用益胃颗粒,治疗3个月。结果：两组总有效率比较,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：益胃颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的临床疗效，值得进一步研究。
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating chronic atrophic gastritis with Yiwei particles. Methods: 100 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was 48 cases which given Domperidone Tablets, The treatment group was 52 cases which given Yiwei particles.Three months later, observing effects of the two groups. Results: The effective rate was 88.46% in treatment group while the other was 64.58%. The treatment group was better than the control,there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of Yiwei particles in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is effective,worthy of more research.
