摘要
目的：了解我院中成药不合理处方情况，提高处方合格率，促进合理用药。方法：从我院2013年1-12月处方中每月随机抽取2天中成药处方，共9082张。根据《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理办法（试行）》、药品说明书等判断处方的合理性并对其不合理处方进行归类和分析。结果：不合理处方486张，占抽查处方的5.36％。结论：我院中成药处方基本合理，但依然存在一些问题，需采取相关措施提高处方质量、促进合理用药。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the irrational prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine in our hospital, to improve the accuracy of prescription, to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods: In our hospital from 2013 1-12 month monthly prescription in a random sample of 2 days of Chinese medicine prescription, a total of 9082. According to the "prescription management method", "hospital prescription management approach (Trial)", to judge the rationality of prescription drug directions and the irrational prescriptions were classified and analyzed. Results: the irrational prescriptions of 486, accounting for 5.36% of the prescription of checks. Conclusion: Our proprietary Chinese medicine prescription basic reasonable, but stil there are some problems need to take relevant measures to improve the quality of prescription and to promote rational drug use.
