objective:Analysis of patients with different doses of mifepristone function for clinical treatment effect. Methods:Extract from March 2011 to December 2012 treated 82 cases of patients with function, divided into observation group and control group, control group treated with large doses given mifepristone, observation group treated with smal doses given mifepristone.Results:Observe the effect of treatment group is better than the control group (P < 0.05); Relapse rates were significantly lower than control group in the observation group (P < 0.05); Observation group after sex hormone levels compared with control group, the improvement is more obvious (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Function were treated by smal doses of mifepristone for clinical treatment, the recurrence rate is low, high safety, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
