Experience of non-invasive ventilator for the treatment of patients with acute left ventricular failure

目的：探讨无创呼吸机用于急性左心衰竭的治疗效果。方法：收集2012年1月至2013年12月，我院收治的急性左心衰竭患者82例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各41例。对照组予以急性左心衰常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用无创呼吸机治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗后两组的S a O2及P a O2均显著升高，但观察组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组H R、R及M B P均显著降低，但观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的治疗总有效率为90.2%，显著高于对照组的68.3%（P<0.05）。结论：无创呼吸机辅助治疗急性左心衰可明显改善患者的症状，疗效显著，值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of non-invasive ventilator for the treatment of acute left ventricular failure. Methods: 82 patients with acute left heart failure in our hospital between January 2012 and December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each. The control group received conventional treatment of acute left ventricular failure, observation group received non-invasive ventilator therapy on the basis of the control group .The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the SaO2 and PaO2 in the two groups were significantly increased, but the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); the HR, R and MBP were significantly reduced, but the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of observation group was 90.2%, significantly higher than the 68.3% in control group(P <0.05). Conclusion: Non-invasive mechanical ventilation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms for the treatment of acute left heart failure, has a significant effect, it should be widely applied.
