Purpose:Explore how to build a laminar flow ward hematopoietic stem celltransplantation ful responsibility for care of each stage stratified operating mode.Method:Select January2013-June2013 clinical data colected 50 cases of stem celltransplant patients in the observation group and ful responsibility for al stages of the hierarchical model of care clinical data of 50 cases of patients with the same period in the control group did not carry out the implementation in contrast,patients with complications were compared and satisfaction.Result:The patients in the complications and the patient,the doctor satisfaction are significantly better than the control group patients,P<0.05.Conclusion:Stem celltransplantation stage stratified ful responsibility for nursing care model can therefore worthy widely used.
