Objective To explore the psychological characteristics of elderly patients with cancer before dying, summarizes the corresponding nursing measures. Methods the -2013 year in June during the clinical data of 50 cases of elderly cancer terminal patients admitted to our hospital from 2012June to analyze the nature, to the patient's psychological characteristics,summarized the whole concern the corresponding nursing measures.Results in the terminal stage after giving care, quality of life were 50 cases in this group of patients with advanced tumors of various aspects of theimproved obviously. Conclusion psychological characteristics of elderly patients with cancer before dying is more complex, the nursing staff should be fuly aware of and understand the psychological status of the patients, to give the corresponding psychological support, life care, the concept of life and death education and social support, end of life care, improve the quality of life of patients dying.
