以前列地尔注射液为阳性对照物，评价尿激酶联合消旋山莨菪碱股动脉注射在治疗2型糖尿病合并下肢动脉闭塞症的疗效，发现两种药物在改善患者步行距离、减轻下肢疼痛和提高踝肱指数（Ankle/Brachial Index-ABI）方面具有良好的治疗效果，发现两组间疗效差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
The efficacies of Urokinase combinend with Alprostadil and prostaglandin E1 were compared in the diabetic patients with the peripheral artery disease.Both the therapy safely and effectively relieve pain and improve the walking capacity with limilar effects (al P>0.05) without intolerable adverse effects.
