objective: to analyze cellkeratin and shift growth factor beta 1-21-1 the significance of combined detection in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ascites. Methods:colected from November 2012 - November 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of 41 patients with ascites as the research object. Results: the results showed that group of ascites in patients with liver cancer cellkeratin in 21-1 compared with patients with diffuse peritonitis, tuberculous peritonitis has significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: cytokeratin and shift growth factor beta 1-21-1 joint detection for the diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis and cancerous ascites has positive significance, is worth popularization in clinical application.
