目的：对曲美他嗪治疗高血压病合并左心功能不全的临床疗效进行探讨。方法：对来我院进行高血压病合并左心功能不全治疗的90例患者临床资料进行回顾并进行统计学分析。结果：90例患者舒张压和收缩压于治疗前后相比差异具有统计学意义，心率治疗前后差异无显著性，在临床上治疗总有效率为90%。结论：曲美他嗪药物治疗措施对高血压病合并左心功能不全的治疗有积极的作用。
Abstract
Objective: To explore Qumei trimetazidine treatment of hypertensive left ventricular function disease complicated with incomplete. Methods: to our hospital for hypertensive left ventricular function disease complicated with incomplete treatment of 90 cases of patients with clinical data were reviewed and analyzed statisticaly. Results: 90 patients after treatment. The total effective rate was 96.6%. Conclusion: Qumei trimetazidine treatment measures have a positive effect on the treatment of hypertension combined with left cardiac dysfunction.
