Objective: to discuss and summarize the nursing experience of patients with gestational diabetes melitus, to control the blood glucose of maternal and to ensure newborn health purposes. Methods: a retrospective analysis of 120 cases of gestational diabetes melitus patients hospital nursing. Results: patients admitted to hospital after using routine treatment measures and a series of nursing, 5 cases of premature delivery, 95 cases of normal parturition, 15 cases of partus serotinus; 24 cases of maternal complications, including 6 cases of gestational hypertension, 18 cases of urinary system infection; neonatal complications in 38 , including12 cases of macrosomia, 15 cases of neonatal respiratory distress, 11 cases of neonatal jaundice. Conclusion: pay attention to patients with diabetes care during pregnancy, nursing to take effective measures to strengthen the patients admitted to hospital after the perinatal period, to the promotion of maternal and child health.
