摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合疗法与护理干预对老年痴呆症的临床疗效。方法：对2013年本院收治的老年痴呆患者采用中西医结合治疗，并配合个性化的护理措施。治疗12个月后，观察两组的康复情况结果：对比治疗前后，患者的MMSE评分、ADL评分、HDS评分均出现显著变化，因此，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论：治疗老年痴呆症，建议选择中西医结合疗法，疗效甚佳。同时，配合有针对性的护理干预将进一步改善患者的病情，并提升他们的生活质量。
Abstract
Purpose:Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy and nursing intervention on the clinical curative effect of alzheimer's disease.Methods:Of alzheimer's patients admitted in our hospital in 2013 by the combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine, and personalized nursing measures.Result:Contrast before and after treatment, patients with MMSE score, ADL scores, HDS scores are significant changes, therefore, statisticaly significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion:By combining traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in patients with alzheimer's disease, can obtain good curative effect.At the same time, cooperate with targeted nursing intervention wil further improve the patient's condition, and improve their quality of life.
