随着医疗改革的不断深入,以及年老护士退休、离岗,医院原有在编护士人数已不能满足临床护理需要[1]。为了缓解护理人力资源短缺问题,近年来我院通过实习留用、人才招聘面试、笔试等形式,择优录用合同护士,充实临床护理队伍,我科室合同护士比例已近50%,如何对合同护士进行有效管理,提高护理质量,已成为基层护理管理者的新课题。

To aleviate the shortage of nursing human resources, in recent years, our hospital through internship retention, recruitment interview, written examination, such as form, merit-based contract nurses, enrich clinical nursing team, my department nearly 50% proportion of contract nurses, how to effectively manage the contract nurses, improve the quality of nursing, has become a new topic of the basic nursing managers.
