溶血对生化检验准确性的影响与纠正分析

目的:探讨溶血对生化检验准确性的影响和纠正。方法取一份标本置于两个管中,其中一管制成溶血标本并记为实验组,另一管则记为对照组,将这两组血清标本中的总蛋白、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶等指标进行配对检验。然后运用多元回归分析血清血红蛋白的浓度和配对资料差异有意义的项目溶血变化值。结果同过对比分析实验组与对照组中的各项测定值,实验组的溶血标本显著高于对照组未溶血标本,此差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),此实验证明溶血对检验结果有一定的影响,与血清中血红蛋白的浓度具有一定的相关性。结论溶血对检验结果有一定的影响,回归分析可以有效的对其进行校正。
objective to study the hemolytic effect on biochemical test accuracy and correct. Method takes a specimen put in two tubes, one tube specimens of hemolysis and notes for the experimental group, another tube for the control group, the two groups of total protein in serum specimens, aspartate aminotransferase, creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase index matching test. Then using multiple regression analysis of serum hemoglobin concentration and paired data difference meaningful projects hemolysis change value. Results with a contrast analysis of the measured value of the experimental group and control group, experimental group is significantly higher than the control group did not hemolysis specimens were hemolysis, the difference is statistical y significant (P < 0.05), the experiment proved that hemolysis has certain influence to the test results, and hemoglobin concentration in serum has a certain relevance. Conclusion the hemolysis has certain influence to the test results, the regression analysis can be effective for correction.
