objective to study the hemolytic effect on biochemical test accuracy and correct. Method takes a specimen put in two tubes, one tube specimens of hemolysis and notes for the experimental group, another tube for the control group, the two groups of total protein in serum specimens, aspartate aminotransferase, creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase index matching test. Then using multiple regression analysis of serum hemoglobin concentration and paired data difference meaningful projects hemolysis change value. Results with a contrast analysis of the measured value of the experimental group and control group, experimental group is significantly higher than the control group did not hemolysis specimens were hemolysis, the difference is statistical y significant (P < 0.05), the experiment proved that hemolysis has certain influence to the test results, and hemoglobin concentration in serum has a certain relevance. Conclusion the hemolysis has certain influence to the test results, the regression analysis can be effective for correction.
