Analysis of curative effect of fenestration and decompression combined with Xiyanping cavity flushing treatment of large jaw cyst
Objective:To observe the effect of fenestration and decompression combined with Xiyanping cavity flushing treatment of large jaw cyst. Methods:44 cases of large jaw cyst were randomly divided into two groups, two groups of patients underwent maxil ary cyst fenestration.The experiment group:25 patients were flushed by Xiyanping injection,another group was the contrasrive group:19 patients by 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection . Cavity size of two groups were observed. Results: Cysts size was reduced after 1, 3, 6 and 18 months.After 1, 3, 6 months, the total efficiency rate of two groups are of statistical significance. But there was no significant difference in total efficiency after 18 months. Conclusion :Fenestration and decompression combined with Xiyanping flushing treatment of large jaw cyst can promote the morphology and function of mandible repaired as soon as possible, shorten treatment time, is worthy of clinical use.
