Objective: To apply the effect on hypertension care health education were discussed. Methods: 60 cases of hypertensive patients from April 2012 to April 2014 were treated , al patients were randomly divided into a control group ( 30 ) and care group ( 30 ) , take the usual care control group , on the basis of care group take health education,conducted two months of treatment , both groups wil improve the symptoms of hypertension awareness and knowledge of the probability of relapse probability comparison. Results: The two groups of patients by two months of treatment , the symptoms of high blood pressure have been significantly improved and mitigation . Knowledge of the probability of the control group known hypertensive disorders , symptoms and complications of the probability of relapse probability was 86.67% , 76.67% , 13.33% ; knowledge of the probability of the observation group known hypertensive disorders , symptoms improved probability of 10.00% , respectively , 90.00% , no recurrence happens, observation group than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: patients with hypertension taking health education, patients can know the probability of improved knowledge of hypertension , treatment and rehabilitation to help patients with clinical applications.
