objective to explore analysis in cancer patients with perioperative application of ultrasound guided by improving the dingle take the peripheral central venous catheter (picc catheter) application effect. Method from July 2012 to July 2012 to receive the treatment 52 routine PICC catheter tumors as a clinical research object, according to a private hospital odd its divided into 26 patients group and 26 cases of control group, control group patients give regular, tube in patients with team under the guidance of ultrasound improved the dingle technology, tube of two groups of patients with a success rate of tube and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results the team in patients with a success rate of tube is significantly higher than control group (p < 0.05); Group of patients with adverse reaction rate is significantly lower than the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion perioperative patients with tumor under ultrasound improved the Ding Gehang picc catheter, can improve the success rate, reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of promotion of clinical application.
