Objective To evaluate the control effect of the occupational hazards and protective measures of the company producing 5 thousand tons of acetaldoxime ,and propose feasible prevention strategies for ovvupational disease. MethodsThe methods of field occupational health investigation,detection of occupational hazards in the workplace and checklist were applied to evaluate the construction project.Results The items of prevention facilities for occupational disease and health auxiliary rooms were in line with national standards;Main occupational hazards in the production process were dust(sulfur dust, sodium nitrite dust, ammonium sulfate dust),toxic substances(sulfur dioxide,ammonia and acetaldehyde) and noise.Qualified rates of dust,toxic substances and noise were 100%,100% and 83.3%,respectively.Conclusion Control measures on the occupational hazards in the construction project are effective and feasible.
