宫腹腔镜联合治疗剖宫产切口瘢痕处妊娠6例分析

摘要
目的：探讨治疗剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠的有效方法。方法对6例诊断为剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠的病例行腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断后再宫腔镜下清宫的宫腹腔镜联合治疗。结果手术时间（70±15）min，术中出血（100±30）ml，无明显手术并发症，临床疗效满意。结论腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术加宫腔镜下清宫治疗剖宫产切口妊娠可以提高治疗效果。
Abstract
+ 30 ml, no obvious complications, clinical curative effect is satisfied. Conclusion laparoscopic uterine artery block operation with hysteroscopy under the qing dynasty palace pregnancy cesarean section incision to treat it that can improve the effect of treatment.
