摘要
目的：探讨CT血管造影（CTA）对脑动静脉畸形（AVM）的显示能力及诊断价值。方法：CTA诊断的10例AVM，经DSA对照及手术证实，通过诊断AVM的常用方法有核磁共振（MRI）、CT脑血管造影（CTA）及数字剪影脑血管造影（DSA），将这三种方法进行比较。结论：不同的影像手段对AVM的诊断各具价值，CTA能够成为首选的检查方法。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate CT angiography (CTA) and the ability to display the diagnostic value of cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM) is. Methods: CTA 10 例AVM diagnosis confirmed by DSA and surgical control, nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI) through the common method of diagnosis of AVM, CT angiography (CTA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA), these three methods were compared. Conclusion: The means of different images, each with AVM diagnostic value, CTA can become the preferred screening method.
