摘要
目的：探讨后路颈椎手术患者体位并发症的预防和护理措施。方法：对252例后路颈椎手术患者进行术前皮肤评估，加强术前访视，术中选择合适的凝胶体位垫，正确摆放手术体位，注意保护患者眼睛、乳房、阴茎、阴囊、面部支撑点的皮肤及外周血管、神经。结果：252例患者均安全、舒适地渡过手术期。结论：重视并做好后路颈椎手术患者体位护理可有效预防体位并发症的发生。
Abstract
Objective: to study the posterior cervical spine surgery patients body position complications prevention and nursing measures.Methods: 252 patients with posterior cervical spine surgery for preoperative evaluation of skin, strengthen the preoperative visit, in choosing appropriate gel pad, right put the operation position, pay attention to protect the patient's eyes, breast, penis and scrotum, facial point of skin and peripheral vascular and nerve.Results: 252 cases of patients are safe, comfortable through operation period.Conclusion: great importance to and completes the posterior cervical spine surgery patients body position nursing care can effectively prevent the happening of the body position complications.
