目的：研究AEG-1（Astrocyte elevated gene-1）在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组化检测45例骨肉瘤组织中AEG-1蛋白表达情况。结果骨肉瘤组织中AEG-1蛋白表达阳性率为51.1%。AEG-1高表达与骨肉瘤肿瘤体积和肿瘤出现肺转移呈明显正相关(P均＜0.05)。结论 AEG-1在骨肉瘤的发生发展中起着重要作用，可能成为评判骨肉瘤进展和预后的有效指标。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the expression of AEG-1(Astrocyte elevated gene-1)protein in osteosarcoma and its relation to clinicopathologic features. Methods:The AEG-1 protein levels in 45 cases of osteosarcoma and were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results:The positive rate of AEG-1 in osteosarcoma was 51.1%. The positive expression of AEG-1 was associated with tumor size and pulmonary metastasis. Conclusion:AEG-1 may play a role in the carcinogenesis of osteosarcoma and may be an effective prognostic factor.
