The urine trace albumin is of clinical significance for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy
Objective: to detect diabetic urine trace albumin (mAlb) with early renal damage in diabetic patients. Methods: use the rate scattering turbidimetry test analysis 113 cases of diabetic patients and 72 healthy controls, the statistics, analysis of monitoring results of urinary mAlb, blood sugar. Results: the detection of urinary mAlb diabetes group is significantly higher than healthy controls. Conclusion: in patients with diabetes to take urinary mAlb with joint inspection, blood sugar can both diabetes diagnosis, blood sugar monitoring and diabetic nephropathy (DN) screening to monitor three aspects, can ensure the diagnosis of early renal injury prevention and control of monitoring and early DN.
