摘要
观察基质金属蛋白酶-7(matrix metal oproteinase-7 MMP-7)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与子宫内膜癌组织学分级和临床分期的关系。方法检测256例子宫内膜癌组织中M M P-7的蛋白定位表达水平并结合临床病理特征进行分析。结果子宫内膜癌中M M P-7表达明显增高( P＜0.05)，并与癌组织手术-病理分期和组织学分级密切相关。结论 MMP-7参与子宫内膜癌的侵袭和转移，有望成为子宫内膜癌发展及预后判断的一种新的参考指标。
Abstract
Objective Observation matrix metal oproteinase - 7 in endometrial carcinoma tissue and its expression of endometrial carcinoma histological grading and the relationship between the clinical stage. Methods Testing 256 example palace film carcinoma tissues MMP - 7 protein localization expression level and combined with clinical and pathological features were analyzed. Results Endometrial carcinoma of MMP - 7 express increased obviously(P<0.05),And with cancer tissue surgery - pathological stage and histological grading closely related. Conclusion MMP - to participate in endometrial cancer invasion and metastasis, is expected to become a new reference index of endometrial cancer development and prognostic.
