目的:加强人文关怀理念,提高门诊护理质量,加强门诊护理管理。方法以病人为中心,加强健康宣教,优化服务流程,满足门诊病人的心理需求,提高护士专业素质,加强门诊护士法律知识学习,积极应对工作中的冲突,提高病人的满意度。结果护理工作所关注的不仅仅是病人躯体的疾病,而是对病人生理、心理、社会、文化等全方位的整体关注。结论人文关怀是整体护理的导向,整体护理则是人文精神的具体实践与应用,它不但树立了白衣天使的新形象,同时密切了护患关系,满足了病人的需求,提升了医院形象,为整体护理注入了新的内涵。
