Results the rest of the specimens of al kinds of the second stage test were significantly lower than the first stage (P < 0.05). Conclusion to improve the clinical disease treatment success, we must to ensure the quality of microbial test specimens, the specimens of different time periods and different types of test positive rate distribution for detailed analysis.
