objective: to study the patients with traumatic orthopedic surgery perioperative nursing intervention of clinical effect. Methods: select the hospital in August 2010 to January 2010 were 73 cases of patients with traumatic orthopedic, analyzes the effect of clinical nursing. Results: in 73 cases of wounds of 68 patients of traumatic orthopedic patients recovered wel , 14 to 18 days after hospital discharge in hospital, 5 patients with postoperative complications, 45-65 days in hospital, hospital discharge after healing. Conclusion: in patients with traumatic orthopedic surgery with nuanced positive and effective perioperative care, to the surgical complications fol owing a good prevention effect, at the same time to improve the clinical orthopedic surgical safety also has important significance.
