摘要
目的：探讨创伤骨科手术患者围手术期实施护理干预的临床效果。方法选取我院在2010年8月到2014年1月收治的创伤骨科患者73例，对其临床护理效果进行分析。结果在73例创伤骨科患者中有68名患者的创口恢复良好，在住院14-18天之后出院，有5例患者由于术后出现并发症，住院45-65天，愈合后出院。结论对创伤骨科手术患者采用细致入微积极有效的围手术期护理，对手术之后出现的并发症有较好的预防效果，同时在临床上对提高骨科手术安全也有重要的意义。
Abstract
objective: to study the patients with traumatic orthopedic surgery perioperative nursing intervention of clinical effect. Methods: select the hospital in August 2010 to January 2010 were 73 cases of patients with traumatic orthopedic, analyzes the effect of clinical nursing.
