objective: to observe the general elderly surgical care for patients at risk. Methods: choose from January 2013 to January 2014 of high-risk patients admitted in our hospital during the period of general surgery of 99 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group, 50 cases of patients with conventional surgery nursing; Observation group of patients in 49 cases, accept high quality perioperative nursing. The influence of nursing measures on two groups were compared. Results: the patients with the control group and observation group of patients with wound infection rate and postoperative complications rate of comparative differences are statistical y significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion:the general elderly high-risk patients in perioperative quality nursing intervention measures, can let the appearance of wound infection rate and postoperative complications in patients with wel control, is helpful for the recovery of patients.
