to compare the single anastomosis method of anastomosis of lacrimal sac and nasal endoscopic nasal cavity anastomosis of lacrimal sac treatment the clinical curative effect of acute dacryocystitis.Methods: randomly assigned 64 patients with acute dacryocystitis for single group of 32 cases of nasal endoscopy and group of 32 cases, respectively, using the above two methods of surgical treatment, postoperative fol ow-up of 6 to 12 months to observe the operation effect.Results: single group of 31 cases treated 20 cases, improved in 5 cases, 6 no effect, the effective rate was 80.65%; Nasal endoscopy group of 32 cases were cured, 29 eyes, improved in 2 cases, 1 had no effect, the effective rate was 96.88%. Efficient difference between the two groups have statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion: nasal endoscopic nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis is an effective method for treatment of acute dacryocystitis, smal trauma, facial scar, the characteristics of high efficient, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
