摘要
目的：探讨1.5T磁共振水成像在胃肠道疾病的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的42例经临床证实或者手术病理证实胃肠道疾病患者资料，所有患者均采用1.5T磁共振水成像扫描。结果采用1.5T磁共振水成像能够获得较为满意的图像，本组患者包括结肠疾病患者27例、胃部疾病患者3例、小肠疾病患者12例均能够获得较为准确的定性诊断。结论1.5T磁共振水成像能够显示出胃肠道疾病的部位以及形态特征，并且其具有着无创、多平面、多方位以及无辐射等优点，在胃肠道疾病的临床诊断中具有着重要的意义。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases. Methods: retrospective analysis of 42 cases in our hospital were confirmed by clinical data or operation and pathology in patients with gastrointestinal disease, al patients were treated with 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging scans. Results: using 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging can obtain satisfactory images, this group of patients, including 27 cases of patients with colon diseases in 3 cases of patients with gastric diseases, patients with smal bowel diseases in 12 cases were able to obtain more accurate qualitative diagnosis. Conclusion: 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging can show the gastric bowel disease location and morphological characteristics, and it is a noninvasive, multi plane, multi direction and no radiation and other advantages, in the clinical diagnosis of gastrointestinal disease has an important significance.
