摘要
目的：探讨《手术室安全核查表》在手术室的应用效果。方法：建立严格的手术安全核查制度及流程。由具有资质的麻醉医生、手术医生、手术室护士三方共同分别在麻醉实施前、手术开始前、手术患者离开手术室前对患者的身份和手术部位等内容进行核查。结果：手术室实施手术安全核查以来，提高了手术患者的安全系数和手术室的工作质量，未发生手术差错和医疗纠纷。结论：认真落实《实手术安全核查表》，可有效保障手术安全，降低手术差错事故的发生，提高医疗服务质量。
Abstract
Objective: the application effects of “The Checking Sheets of Operation Safety” is discussed in the essay. Methods: operation safety verification system and process are executed strictly. The identity and surgical site of the patients are verified by anesthetists, surgery doctor and nurses separately in the process of anesthesia, before and after the operation. Achievements: The work of surgery is accomplished better than before, and security of surgical patient is highly improved. Medical dispute and surgery mistake are eliminated. Conclusion: the implements of “The Checking Sheets of Operation Safety” can ensure the safety of surgery, decrease the mistake and raise the quality of service.
