Purpose: Understand the current situation of the employment satisfaction of nursing graduates. Method: Choose 150 nursing graduates from 2007-2009 by random, do the survey and analysis the results. Result: For now, the nursing graduates are not quite satisfied with their employment, especial y on development opportunities and benefits, such as salary, vacation etc. Conclusion: It is pretty essential for nursing educators and administrators to pay highly attention to nursing graduates’ working condition and low employment satisfaction, which is covered by high employment rate. Professional features of nursing graduates should be given ful play in order to stabilize the nursing employees and speed up the discipline development.
