护理本科毕业生就业满意度调查分析

目的:了解护理本科毕业生就业满意度现状。方法:随机抽取我校2007-2009届护理本科毕业生中600名进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果:目前护理本科毕业生的就业满意度不高,尤其在专业发展机会和福利待遇(如工资、假期)方面。结论:护理教育者、管理者应高度关注护理本科毕业生工作状况,重视高就业率掩盖下的护理本科毕业生较低就业满意情况,充分发挥护理本科生的专业特点,从而稳定护理队伍,加速学科建设。
Purpose: Understand the current situation of the employment satisfaction of nursing graduates. Method: Choose 150 nursing graduates from 2007-2009 by random, do the survey and analysis the results. Result: For now, the nursing graduates are not quite satisfied with their employment, especial y on development opportunities and benefits, such as salary, vacation etc. Conclusion: It is pretty essential for nursing educators and administrators to pay highly attention to nursing graduates’ working condition and low employment satisfaction, which is covered by high employment rate. Professional features of nursing graduates should be given ful play in order to stabilize the nursing employees and speed up the discipline development.
