[OBJECTIVE] A Comparative Analysis of repair and partial gastrectomy acute clinical effects of gastric perforation . Methods: In recent years, the hospital admitted 80 cases of acute gastric perforation were randomly divided into two groups with the reference group , each of 40 cases , the patients were given two simple repair and partial gastrectomy treatment , patients were observed average operative time , blood loss, time to get out of bed for the first time , the average length of hospital stay , and postoperative complications patients were cases , forward recurrence rate were compared. Results: The operative time , bed time and the first time the average length of stay was significantly shorter with the reference group (P <0.05); blood loss was significantly less than the reference group (P <0.05), the observation group was significantly incidence of postoperative complications lower than the reference group, the recurrence rate within 2 years in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The simple repair with shorter operative time , surgical trauma , faster postoperative recovery , fewer complications and other advantages, however, health care workers should be strictly control ed indications , select the appropriate surgical approach .
