摘要
目的：探讨助产士咨询门诊对初产妇分娩过程的配合度、分娩方式、母乳喂养情况的影响。方法选择在本院妇产科建卡并定期产捡的正常初产妇，随机分为研究组(80例)和对照组(80例)。对照组进行常规产前门诊，研究组除接受常规产前门诊外，还参加助产士咨询门诊，接受妊娠、分娩、产后各期健康知识宣教及心理准备指导。比较两组分娩过程的配合度、分娩方式、母乳喂养情况等。结果研究组分娩过程配合度高于对照组，自然分娩率高于对照组，社会因素剖宫产率低于对照组，纯母乳喂养率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<O.05)；结论助产士咨询门诊可以提高产妇分娩过程配合度，提高自然分娩率，降低社会因素剖宫产率，提高纯母乳喂养率。
Abstract
purpose To discuss the impact of midwife counseling clinic on maternity’s birth process corporation, mode of delivery, breastfeeding. Method Choose normal maternities who create file in our hospital and do regular check-up, divide them into research group (80 cases) and comparison group (80 cases) . Comparison group takes normal prenatal check-up. Research group takes normal prenatal check-up, participates midwife counseling clinic, and get guide of health and psychological preparation during gestation, delivery and postnatal. Compare their birth process corporation, mode of delivery, breastfeeding. Result Compared with comparison group, research group’s birth process corporation is better, natural birth rate is higher, cesarean section rate is lower and exclusive breastfeeding rate is higher. And al the differences are statistical significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Midwife counseling clinic can help rise birth process corporation, rise natural birth rate, reduce cesarean section rate and rise exclusive breastfeeding rate.
