摘要
目的：探讨阿托品在重度有机磷杀虫药（O P I）中毒时的用法用量。方法我院2008年1月至2013年12月共收治42例重度O P I中毒患者，均采用静脉推注阿托品迅速阿托品化后，再随症状观察间歇静脉注射给药。结果42例治愈31例，死亡11例。结论治疗重度OPI中毒，采用静脉推注阿托品迅速阿托品化后，再随症状观察间歇静脉注射给药法值得推广应用。
Abstract
objective to investigate the atropine during severe organophosphorus insecticides poisoning (OPI) usage and dosage. Methods between January 2008 and December 2008, a total 42 patients with severe OPI poisoning were treated, adopt push intravenous injection atropine promptly after the atropine, again with symptoms observing intermittent intravenous drug delivery. Results 31 cases, 42 cases were cured, 11 cases died. Conclusion the treatment of severe OPI poisoning, push, intravenous injection atropine promptly after the atropine, again with symptoms observing intermittent intravenous dosing method is worthy of popularization and application.
