Objective: To investigate the effect of patients with type 2 diabetes and method of nursing in Department of internal medicine. Methods: 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases of patients in each group were observed in the control group, and patients were given drug treatment groups, on this basis, the observation group were given nursing in Department of internal medicine, compared two groups of patients with blood glucose. Results: the blood glucose was better than that of patients in control group, the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: given the Department of internal medicine nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes, can effectively improve the blood glucose of patients, increase the therapeutic effect of drugs, to avoid complications, and has certain clinical application value.
