Objective: To study neurology nursing rehabilitation care for stroke patient care results. Methods: neurology hospital in January 2012 to October 2013 were treated to meet the requirements of 78 stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups , general rehabilitation group and the special care group, the 39 patients , respectively, using traditional conventional care model and neurology rehabilitation nursing care model , two groups of patients healed statistical analysis of the situation , life skil s score , upper limb motor ability score , secondary sexual dysfunction. Results: The study shows that the total efficiency of the special care group to be higher than normal rehabilitation group, the difference was statistical y significant (P <0.05), while the upper limb motor function score, activities of daily living score is also much higher than ordinary rehabilitation group , the difference was statistical y significance (P <0.05), lower than the ordinary secondary disorder rehabilitation group, the difference was statistical y significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: neurology rehabilitation nursing care in the rehabilitation of stroke patients have a significant effect , very good to improve al aspects of the patient, the patient to restore nerve function and improve daily living skil s and upper extremity exercise capacity , lower secondary dysfunction , it is worth a lot of promotion in clinical practice.
