Objective: To investigate the effects of risperidone, quetiapine, aripiprazole on glucose and lipid metabolism in schizophrenic patients. Methods: self 60 patients with psychosis in recent two years were schizophrenia patients as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into three groups, 30 cases each, respectively, quetiapine, risperidone and aripiprazole treatment of patients, treatment for 5 weeks, the clinical therapeutic effect of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients of the three groups contrastive analysis, metabolism of glucose and lipid before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results: the 3 groups of patients in drug treatment, the effect significantly, quetiapine, risperidone in the treatment of patients with significant changes in glucose and lipid metabolism, but aripiprazole drug treated patients, glucose and lipid metabolism of quetiapine, risperidone than drug treatment is more obvious.
