摘要
目的：总结阑尾炎并阑尾周围脓肿手术治疗体会，寻求正确的治疗途径。方法：收治阑尾炎并阑尾周围脓肿患者48例，其中男30例，女10例；年龄19-65岁，平均病程6-17d。均采用连续硬膜外麻醉；病程一周之内采用麦氏切口，其余采用右腹直肌旁切口。用盐水、甲硝唑注射液局部冲洗后放置引流，无术后抗感染、支持治疗。结果：Ⅰ期愈合38例（95%）；1例切口感染，换药后愈合，无残瘘端发生。住院时间12-16d；腹腔残余脓肿1例，术后抗炎21d痊愈出院。结论：手术Ⅰ期治疗阑尾炎并阑尾周围脓肿是安全、可靠的。
Abstract
objective: to summarize and periappendicural abscess appendicitis surgical treatment experience, looking for the right treatment. Methods: 48 cases treated and periappendicural abscess appendicitis patients, including 30 cases of male, female 10 cases; Age 19-65, the average duration of 6-17 d.
