摘要
目的：通过对10例成人水痘临床特点、护理进行分析、总结，以分析成人水痘的特点，积累临床护理经验。方法随机选取我院从2012年1月~2013年12月收治10例成人水痘病人的病情特点、护理进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者全身及局部症状明显，个别患者存在基础疾病及并发症；通过及时、有效的药物治疗，加强护理干预后，10例患者好转出院。结论成人水痘发生率呈增加趋势，病程及前驱期较长，全身症状、局部破损及瘙痒症状较儿童患者明显。
Abstract
objective to through 10 cases of adult varicella analyze the clinical characteristics and nursing, the summary, to analyze the characteristics of the adult varicella, accumulate experience in clinical nursing. Method randomly selected from our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were condition characteristics, 10 cases of adult varicella patients nursing were analyzed retrospectively. Results this group of patients with systemic and local symptoms, individual patient is basic diseases and complications; Through the timely and effective drug treatment, strengthen after nursing intervention, 10 cases were patients improved. Conclusion the incidence of adult varicella increased, a longer duration and prodromal stage, systemic symptom, local breakage and itching symptoms than children patients significantly.
