objective to seven Ye Zao glycosides sodium combined with ultrashort wave therapy to observe curative effect of hip joint effusion. Methods in September 2010 to September 2011 in LuShanXian in henan province people's hospital of hip joint effusion patients rehabilitation physiotherapy 36 cases, as the research object. Using seven Ye Zao glycosides sodium combined with ultrashort wave treatment in patients with hip joint effusion. Results the cure of 36 cases, as a course 20 cases got clinical cure, 15 cases were markedly improved, 1 had no effect, the effective rate was 97.2%. Seven Ye Zao glycosides sodium combined with ultrashort wave therapy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of hip joint effusion, ease the pain. Conclusion seven Ye Zao glycosides sodium combined with ultrashort wave of hip joint effusion with obvious therapeutic effect, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
