目的:探讨重楼总皂苷对小鼠H22移植瘤的生长抑制作用。方法将建立的H22荷瘤小鼠模型分为模型组,重楼总皂苷高、低剂量组和环磷酰胺组,总皂苷组连续给药10d,环磷酰胺组隔日给药。结果与模型组相比,重楼总皂苷能显著抑制肿瘤生长,脾脏指数和胸腺指数与模型组比较升高,血清T N F-α和IL-2的水平提高,血清T-AOC水平提高和血清MDA的水平降低。结论重楼总皂苷对H22移植瘤具有明显的抑制作用,其作用机制可能与提高小鼠免疫功能和增强抗氧化能力有关。
Objectives The objective of this paper was to investigate the effects of extracting total flavonoids from Paris Polyphyl a Smith on the antitumor action in a sample of H22 tumor bearing mice.Methods The H22 tumor bearing mice were divided into 4 groups: control group, high dose and low dose of Paris Polyphyl a Smith, and the Endoxan group. The 2 Groups were continuously adminatrated Paris Polyphyl a Smith on a daily basis for ten days, the Endoxan group was adminatrated drug every other day.Results Compare to the control group, the extracting total flavonoids from Paris Polyphyl a Smith has been proved to have great effects on anti tumor. serum TNF-a and IL-2 level have been improved, while serum T-AOC and MDA level have been decreased.Conclusions The extracting total flavonoids from Paris Polyphyl a Smith has signifant effects on control ing the development of H22 tumor, probably the antitumor effects were as a result of enhancing the system immune function and antioxidant effects.
