20%结晶甘露醇两种溶解方法的临床对比

目的:探讨甘露醇结晶溶解的最佳方法。方法:2013年1~12月选择结晶的20%甘露醇注射液共728瓶,随机分成两组,对照组362瓶使用煮沸法溶解结晶,实验组366瓶使用暖脚宝溶解结晶,观察两种结晶溶解法对甘露醇注射液瓶签破损、脱落、瓶体破裂发生情况;比较溶解后甘露醇液体的温度。结果:实验组溶解的甘露醇温度适宜,瓶体、瓶签完好,溶解后温度36.4±2.98℃,放置后无再次结晶;而对照组溶解的甘露醇瓶体破裂8瓶,标签脱落169瓶,标签破损103瓶。温度较高溶解后温度97.25±2.60℃,放置后再次结晶282瓶。两组对比差别有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论:暖脚宝溶解、保存甘露醇结晶效果比煮熟法好。
Purpose:To figure out the best way of dissolving the crystal ization of mannitol.Methods:From Jan to Dec in 2013,728 bottles of 20% crystal ization of mannitol injection were randomly divided into two groups.Boiling method was used to dissolve the 362 bottles of 20% crystal ization of mannitol injection in the control group;while the electric heater method was used in the experimental group.The label damage, shedding, bottle rupture of the mannitol injection by two methods of dissolving the crystal ization were observed;the dissolving temperature was 36.4±2.98℃ with no re-crystal ization after placement.While in the control group,8 bottles were broken;169 labels were shedded,103 labels were damaged.The temperature was high at 97.25±2.60℃ after dissolving and 282 bottles were re-crystal ized after placement. There was statistical y significant difference (P<0.01) between the two groups. Conclusion:electric heater method was better than boiling method in dissolving and saving the crystal ization of mannitol.
