摘要
目的：探讨护理查对制度在团体体检工作中的应用。方法将2012年1～12月我市各大银行进行年度体检的员工1120人，分为观察组和对照组，对照组在检前、检中、检后使用护理查对制度，观察组按照常规方法进行体检。结果观察组和对照组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在团体体检工作中应用护理查对制度可以减少医务人员差错率，提高体检者满意度。
Abstract

Methods A total of 1120 bank staff members, who received annual physical examinations in our hospital in 2012, were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group had physical examinations in the traditional way, while the control group adopted the nursing checkup system before, during and after the physical examinations. Results The differences between two groups were of statistical significance. Conclusion With the applications of the nursing checkup system in group physical examinations,the error rate of medical staff is reduced and the degree of satisfaction of those who undergo the physical examination is improved.
