The effect of post natal depression on the secretion of milk
Objective: To investigate the effect on milk secretion of postpartum depression postpartum depression, attention, strengthen prenatal health promotion and postpartum depression nursing. Methods: 200 cases of pregnant women in our hospital received, the self rating Depression Scale score ≥ 41 points were set as A group, namely the postpartum depression group (n=101); score less than 41 points were taken as B group, normal group (n=99), the two groups were observed in the initial time of lactation, lactation and the pure breastfeeding rate. Results: in B group, the initial time of lactation, maternal lactation was significantly better than that in group A, with statistical difference exists the difference (P< 0.05); group A maternal breast-feeding rate was lower than that in B group, a significant difference exists between the (P < 0.05). Conclusion: postpartum depression affect the secretion of milk, for postpartum depression postpartum women, the need for the corresponding nursing intervention, ensure maternal and child safety, increase the rate of breast feeding and breast feeding quality.
