摘要
目的:调查维持性血液透析患者营养状况与住院率;分析血透患者早期营养状况对后期住院率的影响。方法:选取128例符合纳入标准的维持性血透患者,使用S G A综合主观性营养状况评估进行调查和分组,分析中重度营养不良组和正常及轻度营养不良组的住院率差异。结果:调查起点时128例维持性血透患者中38例(29.7%)被评估为中重度营养不良;24个月观察期内,128例患者共有62名患者发生116次住院;统计学分析得出中重度营养不良组和正常及轻度营养不良组的住院人数和次数存在显著差异。结论:营养不良是维持性血透患者住院的危险因素,在早期应重视维持性血透患者的营养状况评估,进而对营养不良患者进行有效干预,从而防止门诊维持性血透患者发生住院,更好地稳定患者病情,改善透析患者预后。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nutrition status and hospitalization rate in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients, to analysis the relationship between early Nutrition Status and later Hospitalization Rate in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients . Methods 128 cases were measured by SGA and divided into two groups ,then compared the hospitalization rate between the two groups 24 month later . Results 38 (29.7%)cases were divided into Moderate to Severe malnutrition group , and others in Normal and Mild malnutrition group ,62 patients suffered 116 times hospitalization in total , there were significant difference in the two groups’ hospitalization rate . Conclusion Malnutrition was the risk factor for hospitalization in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients, we should pay more attention to nutrition assessment , to intervene the Moderate to Severe malnutrition patients effectively in order to avoid the hospitalization occurrence, to improve the prognosis of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients.
